Mr. Mukand Rai Gupta
Chairman
M.R.Gupta is the Co-founder of Vinko Auto Industry Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Thapar College, India. Prior to working with VAIL, he was the managing partner in food grain business in 1960 and with a vast experience in this industry, he started fully automatic rice mill industry in Jalandhar, India. In 1977 he was appointed as the Managing Director of Vinko Auto Industries and after working for couple of decades he voluntarily resigned from this position and was given the responsibility to serve as the Chairman of the company in 2004. Since then his keen interest is on the administrative sector of the company.
Mr. Mohinder Lal Gupta
Managing Director
M.L.Gupta is the Co-founder of Vinko Auto Industry Ltd. He completed his graduation in science in the year 1963. Throughout the years, he has spent considerable time in the development of new products and planning on strategies to make the Alaska brand world famous. Since 2004, he is holding a position of Managing Director of VAIL. Alongside, he is the founding director of Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC). In Past, He also took responsibilities of various leadership positions such as he was the president of All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) and the Vice Chairman of Rubber parts panel of CAPEXIL (Sponsored by Ministry of commerce and Industry, Govt. of India). He is also on the managing committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi. His keen interests is to make the Alaska products as the number one choice of the consumers by continuous improvement in the production and production methods, and providing consistent quality product to the customers.
Mr. Anay Gupta
Chief Executive Officer
Anay Gupta joined Alaska Vinko Auto Industry Ltd. as the Executive Director in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from San Jose State University, CA, USA. His good vision of the market and also his experience in export marketing elevated him to take the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vinko Auto Industry in 2017. He is also on the managing committee of All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA). His vision for Alaska going forward includes his commitment to growth, innovation and marketing excellence.
Mr. Rajesh Gupta
Chief Operating Officer
Rajesh Gupta joined Alaska Vinko Auto Industry Ltd. as the Executive Director in 1991. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University. His dedication and sincerity towards his work is exceptional which helped him to be promoted as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company since 2018. He is also the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII – Jalandhar), which work to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth of industry in India. He has had a progressive management career with direct responsibilities over manufacturing, New product development, supply chain functions and procurement.
Mr. Viney Gupta
Executive Director
Viney Gupta joined Alaska Vinko Auto Industry Ltd. as the Executive Director since 2010. Prior to joining Alaska Vinko, he was heading family’s food grain business and has a good experience in food grain marketing. He has vast experience of various manufacturing companies and the export market. His keen interest in the company is in the finance and human resources management.
